  Best spot for chai and snacks. I was driving by and stopped for a quick bite. Planning to come back and try their other snacks.

  Disappointing service and declining quality. We visited on a Friday evening only to find half the menu unavailable, including samosas, punugulu, and mirchi bajji. They couldn't even make veggie burgers because no one had gone to buy buns—there is no point in having a huge menu if you can’t back it up. The service was incredibly rude; when we asked for knives and tissues, we were just told, "If they aren't there, they aren't there." The food quality has really gone downhill since they first opened and is now totally mediocre, though the cookies were decent. Definitely not worth the stop.
