    Wow, So happy we found this Bertuccis on the way back home to CT(because they're all gone from CT now). My kids were excited to play with the dough again!! And the Bread!!!! And to top if off our Server Scott was the best and made our experience awesome!! You're the man Scott! Thank you!!

    October 10, 2026 Saturday Lunch Classic Bertucci warm rolls with that famous yummy olive oil dipping sauce. Delicious freshly made large pizza with Mushrooms and the classic house salad...sooo good and soo fresh. We were quickly seated and Scott was very attentive and could not do more to make sure we had the best experience. Our food arrived super quick and it was really, really good! We came all the way from Norwood because we have missed Bertucci's big time. Thank you Scott! 🙌❤️🙌🧑‍🍳

    My family has been coming here for many years and the service continues to exceed expectations. Scott is always a 10/10 server, extremely proactive with drinks and ensuring a positive experience for the entire party. The food has continued to improve the spaghetti and meatballs has improved in quality and flavor. They also brought back our family’s favorite chicken sandwich. Looking forward to returning to this establishment.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at Bertucci’s! Our server, Scott, was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. The food was delicious, and Scott made our dining experience even better. It's always a pleasure to receive such great service. We’ll definitely be back!

    Ok a couple of parts to this one. My friend came down for thier birthday and did not like the first place I picked so we scrambled and pick bertuccis neither of us had been. We sat at the bar it was a Tuesday they were out of steak they were out of the 4 cheese pasta. And a couple of other things. My issue and I know cleaning and labor and stuff is we were 45 minutes before closing not like we sat with a half an hour left we came with enough time for them to make it. Manager never came by. Thank fully the bartender tried to help save the day sensing my frustration but I will not be back to bertuccis is worth the trip to California pizza kitchen if thats the case
