    Came for a late lunch on 8/29 at 3pm. Will honestly have to say we will never come back. Service was not the best but our server was trying. What was unacceptable was that we watched a manager wipe his hands on his pants and then handle pizza toppings with bare hands, unlike the chefs. A female chef was also in a tank top and no hair net behind the line. It would be one thing if it was a closed kitchen but this restaurant features an open kitchen and it was all in front of us. We then watched the two servers struggle with keeping up with their tables while the manager and the female chef ate their lunch behind the line. Please train managers better. The new item of a burger was not a success either, it was greasy and the french fries were described as "seasoned" but only had cheese on them and my husband is lactose intolerant. All in all, it was not an enjoyable experience. Very disappointing.

    This was my second visit to Bertuccis. As someone from the west cost and my wife being from Boston I hear a lot about this restaurant. My first visit ( to a different location ) was less than good. But reluctantly I gave them another chance, and I couldn’t be happier I did! From the minute I walked in to the minute we left I had such a delightful experience. Our server Scott was so great! He made sure we had quick amazing service, that our food was great and we were well taken care of. We will be back soon!!

    Terrible experience from start to finish I ordered pasta and a salad and the pasta arrived completely spoiled with an awful smell that made it impossible to eat The salad was missing from the order entirely I called the restaurant expecting them to fix the problem but they were completely unhelpful They did not want to resolve the issue and refused to send replacement food Getting spoiled food is bad enough but refusing to help after being contacted makes the experience even worse I paid for food that I could not eat and for an item that never arrived Extremely disappointing service and I would not order from this restaurant again

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering food I ordered pasta and a salad The pasta arrived spoiled with such a terrible smell that I could not even smell it properly let alone eat it The salad that I paid for did not arrive at all It is unbelievable that a restaurant would send food in this condition and not even check that the entire order is in the bag I paid for a meal and ended up with food that had to go straight in the trash and half of my order missing I do not recommend ordering from this place at all Very poor service and quality control

    Wow!! I have never had this good of customer service in so long!! Scott was incredibly hard working, kind, and worked so fast. Even when it got slow in the restaurant, he maintained his good work ethic and worked so fast. Scott is the type of waiter that could do 4 people’s worth of work by himself. I really wish my generation (gen z) had his type of work ethic and kindness. I can’t wait to come back!!! This is now my favorite restaurant and it’s because of his amazing service!! Scott is amazing and Bertucci’s is so lucky to have him on the team, he needs a raise though! He works so hard. 10/10 recommend 😁😁
