    First we always try and get Scott as our Server, he has been working at the Framingham location for a while and is simply the best. You don’t get a server like Scott these days from the younger crowd. He is flawless in his execution of the job, friendly, attentive, always watching to make sure if you need anything, and asks questions like how have you been! We remember each other everytime. much appreciated and give this man a raise !

    The best Bertucci's dining experience. Scott was our server. He was highly attentive to our large party, including plating individual pizza slices to everyone, refills before we even knew we needed them, and clearing finished plates throughout. He truly went above and beyond and made dinner so pleasant. The food was delicious, too. We'll be back especially when Scott is on!

If you’re lucky enough to have Scot as your server, you’re in for an exceptional experience. Scot and his team don’t just provide great service—they make you feel like part of the family. He treats everyone with kindness, respect, and genuine care, and somehow remembers how to make every visit feel special. We’ve been fortunate enough to have him take care of us many times, and he has been amazing every single time. Great food, great people, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

    Great place, our waiter was Scott, he was so attentive toour needs and the fact that we were on a time restraint, he was incredibly polite, and our order came out quickly without risking quality. We ordered a Margarita Pizza, and meatball ricotta. We’d definitely come back and look for Scott. Top 5! 100 stars!

    Took advantage of the BOGO free offer that they have on Tuesdays. Ordered for pickup through the mobile app and loved how prompt they were. Pizzas were ready right on time despite how busy they were for pickup orders. I appreciate the fact that they also include the bag of bread with butter which is SO GOOD. There were some inconsistencies with the cooking of the pizzas. One side was kinda floppy and the other side was crispy as you can see in the picture. The flavor itself was good though. Would still give them another try. Service was really great by the pickup counter staff.
