Pulled up the drive through with no cars and waited a full minute, "Hello?" Response "We'll be right with you", waited another 5 minutes in silence and then placed my order. Ten piece nugget and 2 cheeseburgers. Waited 5 minutes at the window for my food, started to drive away, took 1 bite of a chicken nugget and almost puked. Tasted completely off, my stomach was turning and I had immediately spit it out. My stomach was upset even without swallowing anything and I'm not easily queasy. I should have noticed the feeling of the nugget immediately, super soft, not crispy at all, but the taste was really really bad. I turned around and went back to the store and every floor employee looked at me like they had glazed over, who cares, faces, but the manager was respectful and immediately refunded me without even asking anything. You don't want to know what was wrong? So you're just going to serve the next customer with potentially disgusting food? If they can serve food like this...nuggets that are soft and clearly weren't properly prepared, how can you come back? Great, I got my money back, but the whole ordeal took 25 minutes and I had to turn around on the road and then still was without a meal. When you go to McDonald's you expect fast food that tastes good. Sure, it's understandable if the employees aren't in a good mood, but this kind of experience sucks because I've lived half a mile away for 34 years and I can't knowingly order food from this place again. This isn't the first time either, but now it's the last. The business across the street ended up getting my money for a couple slices of pizza instead.
