- LBlogen braydenMay 11, 20261.0this is like the 4th time in the last month i’ve ordered a drink from this dunkin and when i pick it up and get back to my car i notice something in the bottom of my drink. the first time or two maybe i understand an accident where something fell in, but this is just disgusting. and for it to happen more then once is just terrible and pissed me off. will mot be returning to this dunkin.

I know the internal dynamics at play that make working there extremely difficult and stressful, and I empathize. But I ordered a latte with extra espresso and got a cup of basically caramel-flavored milk. I know what a latte is supposed to look like. Unfortunately this seems to be an issue with every Dunkin except for the one in Weymouth just a couple miles from route 3. Send everyone there for "how to make coffee at a coffeeshop" training.

After receiving my order I asked for change, she said we appreciate your tip and refused to hand over the change. Not enough to fight over but $10 for a crappy below average sandwich and weak coffee is a bit much. Management should be proud of who they hire
