  We’ve been loyal Chick-fil-A customers for over a decade and have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at many locations across Georgia and Massachusetts. Unfortunately, this particular location has been consistently disappointing when it comes to service and efficiency. Orders frequently take over 10 minutes from placement to table delivery, even during non-peak hours, whereas many other locations typically deliver within 5 minutes, even when busy. There have also been multiple instances of incorrect or incomplete orders, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth and further delays. The staff members are always polite and courteous, which we appreciate, but the overall operation feels disorganized and inefficient compared to the consistently smooth experience we’ve come to expect from other Chick-fil-A locations. Better staff training and more effective use of resources could go a long way in improving speed, coordination, and overall customer experience at this location.

  I spend almost $10,000 a year at Chick-fil-A .. And I was happy when this location opened because it is the most convenient for me.. But when I say this place has the worst service ever, I literally cannot bring myself to go back. I will drive to the next town over in Walpole, Where they provide exceptional Customer service without long wait times. The restaurant in Foxborough has extended wait times, staff that didn’t even speak to me while they handed over the order While I was speaking directly to them, And they serve everybody in the drive-through before the mobile through. There’s no point in ordering through the app. You will wait twice as long. Overall, save your time and money and go to a different location. - Someone who has bought Chick-fil-A breakfast five times in the last seven days.

  Chick fila is always amazing for a fast food chain. I was equally impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff at this location as I have been at others. Chick fila has figured out the "secret sauce" of the fast food industry - figuratively and literally.

  My family loves Chick-fil-A Cob Salad with extra Avocado sauce, but in 92% of cases, the order is incomplete, regardless of location. Because of that, every time I have to take time to check that all the sauces are in there, then get back to the counter and request that the order be completed. Getting tired of that
