- YBYelya BaiMay 6, 20261.0I am truly so sorry to have to write this because I got to know the owner and I know that this is not a reflection of him. He is a very kind man and I know he’s doing his best to fill these positions and has had trouble finding competent people. However, I have to say that right now the men that are making the drinks and taking the orders are rude and consistently making the wrong drinks. I’ve had to correct them, literally every single time and they proceeded to argue with me along with other others. I have resorted to ordering the most basic drink that is being advertised nationwide so that there’s no discrepancy. They could not even get this one right. I feel so bad writing this review because the owner is so kind and when people bash on him here claiming it’s because of him, I assure you it is not. I think he is in a bad season when it comes to employees right now. I would say give this a few months until summer when the college kids are truly back and are making the drinks because those students are so good at it. These are not the same people that are there in the summertime.
