  Subject: Complaint Regarding Hostile Environment and Poor Service – Fitchburg, MA Location #466 (May 4, 2026) Message: On May 4, 2026, at approximately 9:55 PM, I arrived at the McDonald’s location #466 in Fitchburg, MA to pick up a customer order. Upon entering the lobby, I experienced an extended wait time of over 30 minutes. During this time, there was no clear communication from staff or management regarding the delay. More concerning was the behavior of one employee, who displayed a hostile attitude. This individual was visibly upset, repeatedly hitting the fryer machine with their fists and shouting about rude customers. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Additionally, the store manager did not communicate with me at any point to explain the delay or address the situation. Orders placed after mine appeared to be handled while mine was postponed, and I was only later told there may have been a system issue. I initially did not intend to file a complaint; however, I understand that a report was made against me to the company I was working for. Given that, I feel it is important to document my experience. I believe this situation highlights the need for improved employee training in professionalism, communication, and handling stress in customer-facing roles. I hope this feedback helps ensure a better experience for future customers.

  Refused to give me the food I paid for on the mobile app, some kid not even in uniform behind the counter tried to reach over and cancel my order on my phone. How dare you try to touch my phone, like what is wrong with you. I paid, you make it right, you don't try to cancel the order on the customers phone. Never touch a customers phone especially without permission

  COOK YOUR FRIES! Let them stay the amount of time they are supposed to in the fryer. Having half under cooked and half barely cooked is ridiculous!! Minced onions go on double cheeseburger and McDoubles too yet always no onion. This isnt rocket science!

  Horrible. I was directed to park as soon as I arrived to the window. After waiting 10 mins, I finally got my order. When I got home I realized that they left out 3 orders of nuggets. With no time left to return, I tried to call. Nobody answered the phone......for 3 hours, I tried calling. I know, I should have looked, but you guys owe me money. You would never let me leave with out paying, why do you get to keep my money?
