    Really disappointed. We were seated right away. Not busy at all. But it took 10-15 minutes for our waiter, Chuxeng, to walk over and say he'd be right with us because he "was looking for someone". Came back and took drink order. Another 5-7 minute wait for water. The adult beverages took about another 10 minutes. That's about 35-45 minutes before food order was taken. Wrong adult beverage was delivered to one in the group - not once but twice. Waiter said he watched him pour it.... Well - he still gave the bartender the wrong drink order. Food took forever. Delivered with no silverware. We had to ask. We were told he could only give us forks because "the knives are being washed". Again.... Not busy. Some of our chicken was cold. My husband went to notify employees privately but the waiter came over and irritatedly said to the group, "So what's wrong? Who complained?" Rude. Manager came over and asked about it. Asked if we wanted new plates. Honestly, we just wanted the meal to be over. Chuxeng never came over once to see if we were all set. He came at the end of the meal to see if we wanted boxes for leftovers and more water.... Terrible terrible job! The whole thing could've been handled differently and remedied quickly if we just had a HALF WAY decent waiter. The review would've been completely different if it weren't for the waiter. We had a decent order. Spent over $250. Disappointed for the money spent.

    Just look at all these 1 star reviews. Over and over and over. Yet NOBODY affiliated with this restaurant is actually making any positive changes. It's laughable really. If this is a franchise, it should be revoked. If it's corporate owned the entire team at Inspire Brands should be fired and Roark Capital should make the changes needed.

    Place was almost empty and it took 8 minutes to be seated. Took forever to take our order, the food was wrong, didn't get a chance to say anything because our server was nowhere to be seen. My wife's drink was empty and never was asked for another one. We had to get our own napkins. We seemed like it was an inconvenience for the staff for us to even be there. we will not be going back. Do better!

    So back when this location first opened, it was amazing but unfortunately that had changed significantly over the years. The worst part about this location is the waiting. There is almost never anyone at the front counter and they are awful about delivery orders. Whenever I walk in there are generally 3-5 doordashers waiting for orders and I'm standing there waiting myself. It seems they only keep a few wait staff on here so don't be in a rush to go somewhere if you eat here.

    I placed an online order for pickup and still ended up waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant. What’s worse, it clearly looked like my order was forgotten even after I reminded the staff multiple times. That’s unacceptable. If I’m going to wait half an hour anyway, what’s the point of ordering online? I could’ve just ordered in person and saved myself the frustration. The staff showed zero urgency or accountability. No apology, no explanation just a careless attitude like this is normal. It’s not. This kind of service is exactly how you lose customers. This happened on April 26 around midday. I won’t be coming back.
