The attitudes oh my god. Look, no one likes a customer service facing job. But I'm gonna tell you right now it's not my problem that you either didn't train the guy working with you properly, or that someone else didn't. He's telling me he doesn't know how to ring anything in and then I successfully order it and he leaves this guy to make my coffee. This man couldn't work the buttons on the machine and you want him to make my latte? I even told him you probably had to ring it in as an regular latte with syrup and just put the cold foam as an added thing on the computer even though I 've never worked at dunkin', I have worked at Starbucks and that is how we (used to) ring it up, there's not always a special button. But then the big guy who came in and helped him bring it up, didn't actually double-check that he made it properly, and I'm over here, like dude, there's no way that's all the espresso that's supposed to be in there. That's a cup of milk. Like it is straight up a cup of milk with a few drops of coffee. I will add the photo I took as we stand there and argued about it, and the bigger guy says, fine, I'll add more coffee, and I'm like, thank you. That's all you need to do. Because what's in there's not what I ordered. It's a large, there should be the equivalent of 3 shots of espresso and he goes and he pours the espresso in and he's mid pour and I said, I can already tell you, that's more than your guy put in there in the first place. Instead of just admitting that his coworker doesn't know what he's doing, he doubled down and blamed me for telling them that they were trying to give me a cup of milk for $6. I told him as I took the coffee I was like. Yeah, I know. I'm just the idiot, customer, what do I know? I just drink these all the time and I specifically watched this man make it because I knew he was gonna flub it. I would have been pleasantly surprised if he had not. Speaking of Starbucks in this, I didn't order some grand monstrosity of a latte with a bunch of additions or modifications, I ordered something that was on the menu, as is, which was their PB and J Latte. Maybe if your dude got off the phone and paid attention to his job, he'd be able to do it, but if he can't do the job, maybe he needs to look someplace else other than making basic coffees for people. As for the guy who at least seemed to know the job, he kept saying, it's not a coffee. It's a latte, sir. A latte is supposed to have coffee. In it, that's why I'm complaining about how anemic it is. That's how I know. It's a straight up cup of milk also again. I watched your guy make it. I'm writing this literally 15 minutes after the fact because I have the time having left for work early, BTW I am fully in my scrubs, which I don't have any problem having patience with someone who's new and learning. But this wasn't that I don't know what this was other than a travesty. I see how Dunkin' feels about their healthcare workers, though - I'll let the girls at work know.
