  This is now the SECOND time I’ve had issues ordering the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and honestly it’s getting frustrating. If you’re out of ingredients, SAY THAT before handing customers their food like everything is correct. Customers should be given the option to substitute something else or cancel the item entirely. You can’t just quietly leave ingredients off and hope nobody notices. The first time, my order was made completely wrong. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread and was given a Chipotle flatbread instead. I had to go back inside to get it remade. Then after leaving AGAIN and checking my food in the car, there was no tomato on the flatbread. When I went back in a second time, I was finally told they were out of tomatoes. Now today, same issue again. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, got back to the car, opened it up… no tomato. No warning, no communication, nothing. It’s not about “just tomato.” It’s about basic customer service and honesty. Don’t hand people incomplete food without telling them first. I shouldn’t have to stop at Burger King or Wendy’s afterward just to buy tomato slices to finish a sandwich I already paid full price for.

  I always see the same girls working here and they are killing it! They always greet me with a smile when I walk in the door and get my order right every time! Whenever I dine in, they always bring it out to me which is sooo nice! I have been to multiple TSC locations and none of them do that. You usually just have to pick it up at the counter once they call your name. This one values customer service. Bravo!

  This place is a joke. Went in today stand there for ten mins with bunch of others waiting. We all looking at each other. No one at register. No one asking if anyone needs help. Workers standing around in the back talking. I walked out won’t go back.

  The employees and the service is fine. It’s just the concern I have is every time I add supplements to my smoothies. I always get sick. They need to check the expiration date on their supplements because anytime a supplement are expired, it could cause severe headaches or stomach discomfort. This has happened a few times now where I am perfectly fine and then I have a smoothie and I wind up sick and nauseous. Something tells me that their supplements are expired so be careful.

  Slowest service of my actual life wow, we walked in at 5:20 left at 5:45, 25 minutes to make two smoothies. I’m sorry but that’s a little ridiculous in my opinion. As someone in the food service industry, we can get a full entree and appetizer out in that time.
