I’ve been ordering from this Subway location almost every Sunday because it’s the only option after I get off work around 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, almost every experience has been disappointing. The store is supposed to close at 10:00 PM, but there have been multiple occasions where my online orders were simply canceled without any notice. Because of that, I now call the store after placing an order just to make sure it’s actually being prepared. This has happened to me and my friends several times. The latest experience was unacceptable. When I called to confirm my order, the employee answered the phone very aggressively and told me that I shouldn’t be calling the store while he’s working. That’s honestly shocking. Answering customer calls is part of running a restaurant, especially when customers are trying to confirm that their dinner won’t be canceled at the last minute. I wasn’t calling to waste anyone’s time—I was trying to avoid another canceled order. The bigger issue is that my orders are consistently made incorrectly by the same employee. I always order two subs with very specific customizations. One sub has jalapeños, the other doesn’t. One has spinach, the other doesn’t. We also request extra vegetables and extra sauce, with the sauces added after the vegetables. Despite these simple instructions, the ingredients are constantly mixed between the two sandwiches. My sub ends up with spinach and jalapeños that I specifically asked not to have, while my friend’s sub barely gets any extra jalapeños even though she pays for and requests extra every single time. I’ve mentioned these issues politely on multiple occasions, but nothing changes. Instead, whenever I come to pick up my order, the same employee makes uncomfortable faces at me as if I’m the problem. It makes me feel unwelcome every time I visit. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, which is why I’ve avoided doing so for a long time. But after spending around $18 almost every Sunday hoping this time the order will finally be correct, I’m tired of being disappointed. Please look into this situation. Customers deserve respectful communication and orders that match what they paid for.

Stood in line for 15 minutes behind three customers waiting for my mobile order that was sitting behind the counter. Then finally it’s my turn and she grabs my order and says “you should have said something”. I understand that I should have said something but that’s not my job it’s their job is to get the food made and costumers out the door. Should be training employees to ask costumers if they’re picking up an order when they walk in if you’re going to offer online ordering services. Unbelievable

The food here is always fresh and tastes delicious and the employees are always polite. However this location always seems to be chronically understaffed as whenever I visit there are always only one or two employees rushing around doing the work of several people; having to take both in-store and online orders while preparing ingredients and cleaning all at the same time. Management here should seriously consider scheduling more people so the people on the floor aren't constantly swamped and it isn't just one person doing everything all the time.

The guy smoked a ciggerette near the trash can came back served me with no gloves. Gets frustrated when another person comes in. And last he try’s not to communicate and try’s not to make eye contact.
