  I purchased two Lobster rolls today. As you can see from the roll in the first picture, the lobster roll looks like it's full. It turns out, the roll was completely closed with a small little scrap of meat sitting on top of the closed roll giving the appearance that it was full. The second lobster roll was even worse, I took a bite and got a mouthful of bread only, you can see in the picture two little half claw pieces, which was the only thing also sitting on top of the closed roll. I measured the lobster meat which came out to 2oz, these are measured as 3oz each, which should have been 6oz of lobster meat. This cost me $22 and I didn't even get half of what I was supposed to get on just one of the rolls alone. This is a scam and a disgrace to consumers.

  So I went into this location and tried to use the bathroom. Came to a locked door and when I asked for the pin I was given the wrong number. This is just ridiculous do better stop and shop.

  I placed an online order and picked it up, but when I got home I realized several items were missing, including a quart of milk, a half gallon of milk, a gallon of orange juice, and a creamer. I called the store right away and was told to check my receipt in the bag, but there was no receipt in any of the bags. They then told me they couldn’t do anything for me and suggested I call back later. After spending around $150 and still missing some basic items, the lack of help from customer service was very disappointing. I won’t be going back.
