    Everything I have ordered is perfection. Love the food and service with a smile. The only thing I have an issue with is the app. I changed my phone number and it won’t allow me to update it. It’s a gray field with no option to change it so I will need to delete my account and loose points and have to create a new account. Other than that I have no complaints and I’m happy with them

    I been going here for years. The pizza is phenomenal. The Calzone is amazing. I have never had any issues with the service, nor the food, until tonight. I did have this review at 5 stars originally, but when I called at 9:20 pm on a Friday night and was told they couldn't deliver to me because they were backed up with orders, was really poor for being a business that doesn't close until 10pm. I've worked in the food industry for 10+ years as a corporate trainer and in a test kitchen. This is not how you conduct business nor create more business. The way we did it, you don't decline orders until the last order is in at 10pm nor do you stop sending orders out until the last one is out. And no one goes home until then. The paper and website says they deliver in Fall River and I live in Fall River. Bad business. This is unacceptable. 10/11/2019
