  i got mcdonald’s and i feel like i’m gonna throw up i don’t know what you guys do to your food but i feel like i’m gonna throw up and customer service is terrible they messed up my order

  I asked for a Spicy McChicken Meal. Everything was cold & the McChicken had nothing on it but tomato & mayo. I asked for an ice water & got charged for a Dasani bottled water. Not satisfied at all

  They never bag anything right, yesterday i got 3 random sandwiches and 2 burritos that werent mine, today i didnt get all my items

  Honestly this place is pretty decent. I live right on the side of the South Main Street one can I drive to this location just for anything as simple as a sausage biscuit. Always seems to be pretty fresh and when I ask for something in a particular way they accommodate it no problem. I have even let me order breakfast a couple minutes after breakfast time is closed because I was already in line and they had some leftover food. The South Main Street location has me sit in the Drive-Thru with an already paid for a mobile order until after 10:30 a.m. and then tells me that I should order during breakfast time LOL I understand they are different owners, so that's why I probably get way better results at this one but I just want to mention that this is the favorite one in my city. I have had a lot of bad run-ins with different McDonald's over the years and actually have avoided McDonald's as a whole for several years but this place has given me hope. Sometimes I even get extra food from them and I'm able to hand it out to the homeless people who are in my area. Thank you for the lower menu prices it helps making buying my own food and other people's food that I want to gift easier.

  I ordered two large vanilla shakes and one small chocolate. I get to the first window and she asked if I had two large coholate shakes. I said no and the employee proceeded to argue that i asked for two large chocolate. She cursed and then screamed to the front that the order was wrong. I got to the next window and they had me park. A few minutes later an employee runs out and asked if i had two large chocoalte shakes. I was confused and explained what occured. He apologized and went back into the store. I waited 10 minutes for my shakes. They were overlflowing and the caps weren'ton right. Mcdonalds isnt that hard a job, if the forst employee finds it too hard maybe she should focus on her work and not gosspjing while taking orders. And cussing in front of and about customers is not ok.
