    Saturday, May 17th at 11:12 pm and I still haven't received my order. The blonde woman taking orders was very rude and unwilling to help me at all. I had to go back twice because I understand the line was very long. I waited about an hour for my order. I think they should hire people who are willing to work and have good manners. Respect is important, especially in a chain like this that serves families.

    So a about a couple months ago I ordered a sandwich and some fries and don’t get me wrong it was good but the day after I ate the food it gave me food poisoning that shows how disgusting and disappointing that McDonalds is and feeding kids at the school down the street is making it worse like do better and then the workers try kicking students out who are with there parents do better at your job

    I hate to be the person to break it but my daughter is 12 she is born in 2013 I know she's a little old for the play place but she was with her friend and her friend is 11 and they were not bothering anybody just sitting at the top giving kids high five and this McDonald's worker calls them down and pushes the 11-year-old to the side calls my 12-year-old daughter and has a nerve to say are you under 12 cuz you don't look it I mean I understand she's concerned but still my daughter explains very calmly that she is born in 2013 the lady is in disbeliefs and doesn't believe it then she's a nerve to point out the sign that says 4 to 12 like we get it and then she completely pushes aside the age and then says you need to be gentler with the kids even though she was just giving high five and the worker wasn't even watching before and then when we leave because we didn't want to deal with it everybody stares at us like we caused a big commotion

    this place is horrible. Me and my cousin decided we wanted to eat something so we went. As we walked in everything was dirty, tables looked sticky and floors were unswept. We waited long for our order to be took , there was no one else there so i don’t understand why it took long. Short lady with a bad attitude took our order and she was annoyed for absolutely no reason. When we were handed our cups they were sticky and looked dirty. As we ate our food was undercooked and not good. The drinks had weird tastes as well . All we wanted was to be able to eat but we were not even able to do that. Instead of cooking food staff was gossiping and neglecting customers.

    Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s — and honestly, it’s not even surprising at this point because this location consistently has issues, especially late at night. The staff here have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. It feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by showing up. Tonight was the last straw. They forgot my fries, and when I went back to get what I already paid for, they refused to give them to me because I didn’t have a receipt — even though I had declined it at the window (which they literally ask you if you want). Instead of just fixing a simple mistake, they made it into an argument. It got even worse. The employee I was dealing with was extremely unprofessional and demanded that I repeat my entire order back to them “exactly” as proof. How is that even realistic when I didn’t have a receipt and was picking up the order for someone else? The whole situation turned into me basically having to argue just to get the fries I already paid for. This is not how you handle a simple missing item. No accountability, no customer service, just attitude and unnecessary conflict over something that should’ve taken 10 seconds to fix. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. If you go here, expect mistakes — and don’t expect them to fix them without giving you a hard time.
