I had a incorrect order, & it was resolved how I expected & then surpassed that. The dinning area was clean & moving. I will definitely be back again.
- COCiera OSep 18, 20265.0Brand had a BOGO deal and workers were short staffed and not trained to handle such volume. Every member of staff was kind, considerate, and trying. Because they have open floor plan, you can literally hear everyone talking to each other trying to figure it out. Management set them out up to fail. I hope that workers are awarded for their service. It made me sad to see elderly workers overwhelmed and short circuiting, as well as young workers wanting to help, but not quite knowing how. I hope team is financially rewarded for their service efforts.

Either they will put cheese on a burger that was ordered without cheese or they will miss an ingredient. Today I paid extra for a bacon burger, and it had no bacon on it. In the past, I’ve paid for a burger with no cheese and had cheese put on it multiple times. Other times individual ingredients were mismatched between two burgers on one order. This is a very simple thing to get right, but it seems they do not pay attention to the details when putting together burgers here. It’s frustrating that this continues to happen and I will go on a several month break not ordering from this location and then try again and have another similar issue.

The staff and atmosphere were fine, but the food quality raised serious concerns. Unfortunately, we became very sick after eating here, with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I hope management investigates their food-handling and safety practices so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
