My experience at this location is one of the best dunkins in the city and by far one of the cleanest stores I've been too it's always clean this store has had a great turnover with cleanliness and they never run out of product that is a big plus...To management 🙌 props to michelle and her staff anytime I go in there there's always someone cleaning and the wait time is impeccable great customer service. Also I was reading a review from a Sasha Anderson I don't think you have the right dunkin because I've never seen roaches or mice you must be confused with the dunkin up the street.. Keep up the good work guys you guys are doing a great job. This is my #1 location...

Every time I've gone there, the wait has been ridiculously long—sometimes close to an hour just to get my order. On top of that, the coffee often tastes like dirty water, which is disappointing. The manager, Michelle, is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. A manager should treat both customers and employees with respect, but that hasn't been my experience. It's very unprofessional. I also personally saw a mouse running through the lobby, mouse droppings in the bathroom, and roaches in the store. Those conditions are completely unacceptable for a place that serves food and drinks. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Between the long waits, poor-quality drinks, unprofessional management, and the cleanliness concerns I witnessed, I won't be returning.

I went in just to grab a coffee and it took about 20 minutes just to get to me and there was one person ahead of me and one person behind me who started get an agitated which I couldn't understand because they got four girls working the window and only one doing the register in the store in between her order she's running stuff to the window. To me if the customers in the store they should be a priority I know the drive through has to keep moving but it doesn't take for women to do it does it? And only one to run the register in the front and take the orders from the people that are in the store that are waiting that's why the atmosphere is not the greatest because people are agitated. My coffee was great but it only took me about a half hour because I went inside, you should only come here if you want to go to the drive-thru. Dunkin Donuts shouldn't be more than a 5-minute stops depending on how many people in line.
