- ARAngee RowlandAug 2, 20261.0First they don't make your drinks the way you pay for and most important the food I ordered for my children no less I watched as they prepared with the gloves on ok that's good until she swept the floor and then turned around and finished my kids food with those same gloves didn't change them and didn't even blink an eye so they do that often is what that tells me and when we brought it to there attention said girl sat there running her mouth. Since when is that ok?
- SSSjhaAug 1, 20261.0We visited this Dunkin’ to pick up our online order, but the experience was nothing short of appalling. The bitter old woman, likely the manager, and her younger counterpart were completely uninterested in serving us. They were the rudest people we’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin’. We had ordered both coffee and a food item. When we went to collect our order, the woman informed us that she didn’t have the food item and seemed eager to cancel the entire order, despite having the coffee. She simply told us to call customer service and request a refund. When we inquired if we could at least get the coffee, she handed it to us in a rather rude manner. To add insult to injury, both the men’s and women’s restrooms were locked. After getting the coffee, I asked for the key or code, but they claimed that BOTH restrooms were out of order. I could tell that they weren’t, as none of them had any signs indicating this and their faces showed that they were lying. All of this happened almost an hour before the store was supposed to close. It was as if they were choosing whom they wanted to serve or let use the restrooms. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were spitting in their customers’ food and coffees. These people are definitely not in the right business/industry; in fact, the opposite.
