- JBJessica BSep 30, 20261.0directly observed employees wearing the same pair of gloves while handling pork products (bacon and sausage) and then immediately preparing food for other customers without changing their gloves or washing their hands. Gloves only work if you change them between tasks. Continuing to wear contaminated gloves while making orders—especially for customers who do not eat pork for religious or dietary reasons—is a complete failure of basic health standards and cross-contamination rules.The cleanliness of this store has completely fallen off. The floors aren't swept, the sandwich station is a total mess, and the whole lobby looks like a disaster. To make matters worse, the manager on duty is incredibly rude and clearly doesn't enforce any standards.What happened to the old crew? They may have been headstrong, but at least they actually ran the line and kept the store together. This "new house" crew has zero training, zero discipline, and no pride in their work. Management has literally brought this business down with their own hands. I won't be giving another dollar to this store or this manager. Avoid this location until they “clean house” and retrain from scratch.

Since when is that ok?

The bitter old woman, likely the manager, and her younger counterpart were completely uninterested in serving us. They were the rudest people we’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin’. We had ordered both coffee and a food item. When we went to collect our order, the woman informed us that she didn’t have the food item and seemed eager to cancel the entire order, despite having the coffee. She simply told us to call customer service and request a refund. When we inquired if we could at least get the coffee, she handed it to us in a rather rude manner. To add insult to injury, both the men’s and women’s restrooms were locked. After getting the coffee, I asked for the key or code, but they claimed that BOTH restrooms were out of order. I could tell that they weren’t, as none of them had any signs indicating this and their faces showed that they were lying. All of this happened almost an hour before the store was supposed to close. It was as if they were choosing whom they wanted to serve or let use the restrooms. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were spitting in their customers’ food and coffees. These people are definitely not in the right business/industry; in fact, the opposite.
