There were three employees working, all focused on the drive-thru, and not one of them came over to take my order or even acknowledge me. I eventually left without being served. If you’re planning to order inside, I would avoid this location.
- AAApeJul 29, 20264.0The atmosphere seems more like "I'm here for 8 hours for a check, what can I get you." The staff are not doing me a favor by getting my coffees, wakeup wraps, egg sandwiches and loaded hash browns. I'm doing them a favor by keeping them employees with me being a customer. Not all employees seem to have this mentality, but when I'm waited on by someone who does, it can make a busy morning feel a little more frustrating. There's a dunkin every several blocks so I've been going to a different one lately.

The girl at the window hands me my coffee, just by the color I already knew it was wrong. I asked her if they can remake it. She goes - "The coffee is not wrong, the sticker says exactly what you wanted". Okay?? The sticker is correct but it is not MADE correctly. A whole attitude for no reason. So rude. Never went back to this dunkin.
- JSJaniel SeiferJun 19, 20261.0I ordered my coffee and even show them the one I wanted from the mobile menu and told her I wanted a hot coffee, I saw she put iced and I corrected her that it was a hot, then another service member took over and talk to me with a cocky attitude saying I should of told them even after I told them and show them the image from the mobile menu, I ended with one correct order and the other coffee was not even the right one I ordered and it tasted bland it was not a caramel at all, they should correct the staff attitude towards the customer
- BSBob SmithJun 17, 20262.0I want to start by saying that this is, unfortunately, the worst Dunkin in the city. It's not because of the products, but because of the consistently poor customer service. This location used to be my regular stop, but over time the experience has become increasingly frustrating. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to argue with employees about how I ordered my drink, been charged incorrectly for orders, and been met with unnecessary attitude when trying to resolve simple issues. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated when those mistakes are addressed is what makes the experience so disappointing. There is a lack of basic courtesy. A simple “good morning", a friendly attitude, or even a willingness to help would go a long way. Instead, interactions often feel hostile and unwelcoming. Customer service is a major part of any business, especially one that serves the public every day. Management should take these concerns seriously and work to improve the professionalism at this location. Many customers, myself included, simply want respectful service. Until these issues are addressed, I can no longer consider this my regular Dunkin.
