  This was so bad… Normally I like Chipotle, but here I experienced clumpy old rice, burnt chicken, and unsanitary handling (didn’t change gloves before handling my order, after working the register…). Chipotle needs to address asap.

  By far THE worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Crunchy undercooked rice, overcooked rubbery chicken, brown guacamole, careless staff. Close this one down. Useless.

  Truly blown away that this location is still in business. If I could give 0 I would but there was ONE nice guy in there that seemed normal and waved to my baby nicely….. other than that It’s an absolute mess inside, no one dining in and not one single table was even remotely clean. Literally only had one protein option available and everything was completely out with no attempt to replenish anything… even the blatantly BROWN lettuce that they were confidently still scooping onto orders at a snails pace. While we were checking out, the guy at the register must have been high or on drugs or in a completely different world because we had to repeat four times what we were asking for and he went to fill up a queso cup for us and Could barely get the queso in the cup, filled it a quarter of the way… and came over and put it down no where near us , said nothing and walked away………….. waste of money completely. The health department would have a field day with this location. Every worker was working as if they were in slow motion or standing around just staring off. It almost felt like we were on impractical jokers or something… A nice couple was pulling into the parking lot and we let them know about the experience before they walked in and they ended up going to Qdoba instead.

  Absolutely awful, todays date is May 3rd, your workers are trash and all they did was argue with eachother through the whole shift, not only that your employees don’t know to to manage time and properly prepare food to be ready for there customers, your workers aren’t fit to work here and for my order costing over 50 dollars to be not served for over 20 minutes is insane, I don’t write on these things but when I tell you I’m never coming back to this chipotle due to the plain ignorance and stupidity, your workers are rude unintelligent and just slow. Y’all rlly need to do better with your store bc ts is disgusting for such expensive food I can make for cheaper, it’s called fast food for a reason. No reason your employees should be arguing infront of costumers or being rude to them for simply asking for more beans.Will be calling in a complaint as well. Pathetic truely

  Sadly I ordered a salad and there was no corn salsa, not enough chicken, no sautéed vegetables, no other meat options, no black beans, not enough cheese, not enough guacamole, no salad dressing. It seemed like they ran out of everything and it was 1800 on a Saturday. No apologizes, no timeframe for when they’d have it in stock, just - no, they are out, sorry about your luck. And still $15 for a salad with nothing on it… I never write bad reviews and I’m honestly really disappointed. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had and no apologies.
