Victor was the ONLY server who was kind and attentive. Terrible service from start to almost finish when Victor stepped in to help . We were never greeted when we walked in, yet a customer who arrived after us was welcomed warmly with a smile. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and during that time not a single staff member came to our table to offer water or check on us. When a server finally arrived, she took our order, turned around and walked away, only for another server to come over moments later asking what we wanted to order as if no one had helped us. The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing until Victor helped us. Food was actually very good and one of the best lychee martinis I’ve ever had.

The service was extremely disappointing. My waitress was pleasant when she took my order, but afterward I was completely ignored and had to flag down other staff for help. I felt like I was begging for basic service. One staff member I asked for assistance took my food to be boxed, then returned and aggressively placed it on my table before walking away. In all my years, I have never left a zero tip, but I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the experience. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be returning and will choose room service instead.
