  Fong is always great to me every single time I’m In! To a point where she tells the servers what I like to drink! Best service from a hostess super reccomend and if in ask for Fong she is amazing !!!

  Ordered softshell crabs and rice. The crabs still had the gills (dead man's fingers) attached. It's standard prep procedure to remove them due to unpleasant texture and toxins. $70 is way too much for lazy cooking. Better options within literal walking distance.

  Ordered yang chow fried rice and softshell crabs. The crabs' gills (dead mans fingers) were not removed which is standard prep and made the dish unpleasant. The rice dish was fine but nothing special. Wouldn't go back or recommend as there are much better options for the price ($70 for crabs that weren't even prepared properly)

  Food was pretty decent. Everything else was not. One of our friends did not get a meal for 30+ minutes. The waiter admitted that they forgot to put their order in. After dealing with that and a lack of service for over an hour, they brought out and comped our friends birthday ice cream for our celebration. Besides the check this was the only time our waiter came over to our table in the 2 hours we were there. This was not ordered by any of us so we thought that was a nice addition. We then get the final bill and they charged us $0.11. After making mistake after mistake, they couldn’t even figure out basic math. Will not come again. You cannot give us food we DID NOT ORDER and make it cost us more money, even if it was only $0.11.

  I don’t write reviews unless I’m degraded as a human… so I’m writing a review and you can put the pieces together. I came here for my 25th birthday. The service started out impeccable until the server forgot one of my guests $46 meals and then refused to come to our table after we confronted him about it for 1.5hrs until we left. Then as it was my birthday, they brought us store brand vanilla ice cream and proudly flaunted that it was free of charge.. then upon reflection on the receipt they charged us $0.11 for it?? Obviously it’s a minuscule amount of money but the principle shows they are in it all for the profit and not the customers experience. Choose a different Encore restaurant.
