  Been to alot of great steak houses around the country, and Rare Steakhouse ranks higher up on my list for exceptional cuts of steak cooked absolutely perfectly! Oysters were local and fresh, and the bread is a must try! I would recommend the new york strip cooked too your liking.

  My family and I had a very pleasant dining experience. Everything from the service to the food and the drinks was top notch. General Manager Adriana went above and beyond to take care of us that evening and made sure we had an amazing time. I would also like to mention our server PJ was absolutely incredible. He was very personable and took care of everything we needed. We will absolutely be back

  Rare Steakhouse is an upscale steakhouse that delivers the type of experience expected for a special occasion or night out. The restaurant has a polished atmosphere with a more luxurious feel, making it a good fit for celebrations, date nights, or a nicer dinner while visiting Encore. The service was one of the strongest parts of the experience, with the staff being attentive, professional, and making sure the meal flowed smoothly throughout the night. I tried the prime rib special, which was the highlight of the meal. The cut was cooked well, tender, and had a good beefy flavor that stood on its own. The sauces that came with it were a little lighter than I expected, but the quality of the prime rib itself made up for it. The menu also has a strong selection of steaks and seafood options, so there are plenty of choices depending on what you’re looking for. The dessert menu was another standout, with more creative options than a typical steakhouse. The desserts felt thoughtfully prepared and were enjoyable rather than just an afterthought. They added a nice ending to the meal and helped make the experience feel more complete. The main thing to consider is the price. Rare Steakhouse is definitely on the expensive side, but the combination of the atmosphere, service, and food quality makes it a worthwhile option when you’re looking for a more elevated dinner. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a night out at Encore, especially if you’re looking for a steakhouse experience with great service and memorable desserts.

  Excellent food and service. Filet mignon magically had a flavorful crust, which is hard to get when cooked "rare." Potato puree was well seasoned. Chocolate cake was small but appropriately sized given rest of meal.
