  I was out on my 21st birthday first time ever going out with my family. It was a family dinner the waiter Victor after dinner slipped me his number on a piece of paper. He gave me his number behind my parents back trying to be sneaky about it. I am disgusted and disappointed. I was out with my family dinner. He gave me his number after taking about his wonderful wife. I feel bad for her because he would clearly cheat on her with a just turned 21 year old. I also forgot to mention while singing happy birthday Victor put whipped cream on my nose. I now realize he was not joking he was being sexual in a discrete way. This is inappropriate behavior for a family dinner. I’m super disappointed with Victor’s performance.

  Surprisingly nice place for inside a casino. I was expecting pub grub and was pleasantly surprised at quality. My server Victor was a gem!!

  Host was beyond rude and clearly didn’t want to serve us. Instead of taking a table with a ten minute wait” the kitchen closes I. Ten minutes and you would have to rush and order” not impressed or happy

  Love the Meatloaf dinner here, wrapped in Bacon and served with masked potatoes and onion straws. Generous portion; reasonable priced for a casino restaurant. Service is good, they are more reactive and could be more attentive. I didn't take any pictures in the restaurant yet I wanted to share this picture from my room. ***** Uodate 7/2/22 They removed this item from the menu! What were they thinking? I was told they like to keep the menu fresh! Wow!!! Bad Move Upper Deck and Encore Casino!! We ended up eating at Rare and everyhing is extremely overpriced. When will they see the big picture!? Grrrr
