I asked for stevia and 2 different staff members made sure that was what I got. Location was busy and the staff kept the lines moving.

There was a young girl taking orders and working the drive thru window. She misunderstood my Husband even though he said correctly and then instead of taking responsibility as she should as a customer service worker she blamed my Husband for the miscommunication and shut the drive thru window in his face. She could have easily resolved the situation by better customer service skills. Confirming orders, apologizing, and making sure face to face everything is correct would have resolved things. Instead she inflamed my Husband’s anger by being too rude to a paying customer! He went instead and the workers claimed the manager was gone and he couldn’t speak to the manager. I call BS on that! Someone has to be able to manage each shift and I’ve worked at Dunkin myself before. No one wanted to take accountability for how they treated us and fix the issue. Do NOT come to this location. It’s ridiculous how they treat people! Half their workers can’t even speak clear English, but want to be rude with my Husband when they misunderstand his English pronunciation. It’s really ridiculous and not worth spending the money at this location.
- JRJeisson RangelJul 15, 20261.0Very disappointed with their staff, we went this morning around 8:15 with our trailer to get a coffee, the drive in system wasn't really working posibbly due to our trailer so we asked the girls in front and one of them accused us of cutting the line ( which obviously wasn't true) she has no manners and zero problem solving skills, definitely not recommended, we are not going back there!
