- HMHotpot MenFeb 12, 20261.0I come to this location every Thursday and have been ordering the same drink for many years — a large iced coffee with caramel and oat milk. Today, the employee took my order without showing it on the screen. I waited to see the total and confirmation, but she told me I was “all set.” When I drove up to pay, I noticed the manager standing next to her, and it sounded like she may have forgotten to enter my order. I had to repeat my order again. They both seemed to be joking around and smiling, which made me feel like my order wasn’t being taken seriously. After receiving the drinks, I tasted mine with my friend who was next to me. The employee said he made it correctly, so I didn’t say anything at first. However, when I handed the other drinks to my friends, they both immediately noticed it was not oat milk. One of us has a milk allergy, which makes this mistake very concerning. Because of this experience and the lack of attention to detail, we will not be ordering from this location again. Never order without a label and receipt.
