  We've been coming here once or twice a day since we moved to Everett, generally spending about $30 per visit and staying no longer than one hour. Recently over the last week a man who I'm guessing is the owner (this guess is mostly based on the fact that I constantly overhear him yell at, berate, and belittle other employees) has been constantly staring at us in what I can only describe as a disapproving manner as we sit at our table enjoying our order and in general making us feel uncomfortable for no reason. Today he very rudely told us to leave the store, which had more than enough empty tables. None of this accounts for the poor order quality with cold sandwiches and often mixed up orders and sometimes waiting up to half an hour for our order, and there almost never seems to be hand soap in the bathroom So from now on we've decided to bring our business to the Dunkin across the street and we've been greeted by very polite, quick and efficient employees a nice clean store and we were informed that we are welcome here anytime.

  Waited over 20 minutes in line for a small hot regular and the lady was taking forever and was so rude. You have to be nicer to your customers have some self decency 5/8/26 10:46 PM

  Requested to change the paper in toilet, said we are too busy. I waited for few mins but they didnt do anything. Worst customer service.

  I declare this the worst dunks of Everett, don't go here! Coffee is either burnt or really watered down. The hash browns are always stale and old, and service today was at it's all time worst. Waited 15 mins today with many other cars for our order and it never happened the woman behind me got tired of waiting and left, and I ended up doing the same. My family and I have been regulars here for many years because its the most convenient dunks to go to, and one day they unintentionally scammed my dad through the Dunkin app. When he paid with his phone it deducted the money but it didn't show them on their register that the payment actually went through. It took many phone calls and back and forth to finally get them to realize we were owed money. After many times of experiencing terrible service I am done. Please stop scamming people with trash food and beverages.

  In my opinion and experience this is best Dunkin. I always order through the drive thru. The staff has never been rude. They get my drink order right or close enough compared to others locations around.
