  We are a couple from NYC visiting MV and this food was better than our regular go-to Indian restaurants in New York. Everything was delicious - butter chicken, saag paneer, samosas, and the cocktails! We absolutely will be back and recommend to anyone visiting the island.

  We have eaten here a couple times. Food is consistently good each time. Service is good. Staff sometimes is a little stiff and serious though. They could benefit from trying to be more friendly amd welcoming. Seating inside is really nice. Cool looking bar. Outside is really cool. I do find the prices to be too high for Indian food. Also, would be nice if more meals could use non dairy ingredients for when eating vegan. Overall, I would go back.

  I know its expensive but the quality and service is top notch. I don't know why there aren't more people dining here. Because of the price, I do wish that they had a lunch deal of some sort. Also, *everything* was incredibly clean and the portions were very generous. They knew what was vegan and helped is order.

  We stopped by just on a whim… this is fabulous Indian food! We loved it! As good as the great Indian spots find in London. So glad we tried it!! Have a home on MV and will now only HAVE TAKE OUT from INDIGO, if not at Indigo enjoying their outside seatings. Lastly? BATHROOMS SPOTLESS and my curious eye at the kitchen when could get a glimpse! Even the tea ordered organic… point? Attention to details, cleanliness and quality!! GREAT FIND

  Indigo is a lovely spot for lunch, dinner, or drinks within a short walk of central Edgartown. It offers a wide array of classic Indian dishes, all with their own spin. This is more than just an outstanding Vineyard restaurant, Indigo can hold its own against the very best Indian restaurants of New York City (speaking from experience). In addition to the large and delicious food offerings, they have a strong list of signature cocktails and a bar that can easily accommodate requests for any classic cocktails The space is large and comfortable (sit outside if the weather’s nice) and the service is exceptional. Pay them a visit next time you’re on the island. You won’t regret it!
