- MMmackjannAug 20, 20261.0I went to Stop and Shop to pick up dinner fixings. I was preparing a meal for a group that was half vegetarians. I couldn't find the veggie burgers and when I asked the store staff member he told me that they stopped carrying them!!! I was/am not happy. It's Shaws for me from now on.
- SJSamantha JamesAug 10, 20261.0I’m very sad to say that this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a store. My husband and I were visiting the area for the first time while going to Water Wizz, and we stopped at Stop & Shop to pick up some cold cuts for our family. Unfortunately, the way one employee treated my husband was extremely upsetting and, in our experience, appeared to be based on racial prejudice. She was unnecessarily hostile toward him and refused to serve him, despite there being no reason for this behavior. The way she treated him was so inappropriate that everyone around us was visibly appalled by her actions. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or discriminated against because of their race. Employees should be expected to treat every customer with basic dignity, respect, and professionalism. I believe this incident should be taken seriously and investigated by management. I hope the company holds the employee accountable and takes appropriate steps to ensure that no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment.
- AKAngie KingAug 7, 20265.0Been here about 5 times . Each time cashiers have been friendly and customers are too ! Easy to find everything. No overstock everywhere . Aisles are clean 🫧 and the whole place smells like chocolate chip cookies ! Also the meat has never made me sick like Walmart or Market Basket. Most of produce is in good shape ! Buggy are easy to find and are clean . Hopefully they keep the amazing job ! Also lighting is not harsh and music is subtle not blasting 🥰
