- XDXander Dave3 days ago5.0The staff here is absolutely amazing. I saw them interact with a guest, who I guess is a regular, And they knew his coffee without him even saying anything. After that, they gave me an awesome experience that I won’t forget. They got my coffee just right and the food was just awesome. I also saw the other day how they handled a really rude guest was freaking out after making a mistake on an online order. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

Meanwhile, I drove right down the street to the one in Longmeadow and they had no problem serving me my wake up wrap. Who stops serving an hour and 15 minutes before closing, come on …. Please keep in mind. The guy that was in the Dunkin’ Donuts with me was ordering a sandwich that they were making for him.
