  This place is horrible. Bad customer service supervisor always have attitude. They use the bathroom and doesn’t wash their hands before making food. Supervisor cussing out random people coming to pick up their food and telling them not to come back. How do you think you get business lady?. Bad place to sit and enjoy some good food. I remember use I use enjoy lunches over there now I wouldn’t dare.🤮🤮

  Terrible potions and if you ask for more they maybe give you a quarter of a scoop. Also the employees barely talk and aren’t polite.

  This place is trash the Manager or supervisor is a disgrace.. bad customer service . Will never eat there again the Ingredients taste like yesterday food not good at all and all the worker have attitude problems… sad case but really true .

  I really don’t want to jinx my good luck — however it appears management / cooperate finally listened to all of the horrible and valid feedback and made some much needed changes. We have avoided this place like the plague after several awful experiences. Haven’t been in an extremely long time. Problems varied from missing items, horrible customer service, picking up a to go order that simple had two taco shells in it with a scoop of beans— the list never ended. Not to mention the cleanliness was absolutely absurd. With THAT being said - we went once when we were in a rush recently and had a pleasantly good experience. We have since tried our luck 3-4 more times and lo and behold - very good experiences every time. Please baby Jesus continue on this path because we need a good Chipolte nearby!

  I’ve visited this Chipotle location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. One of the first things you notice when approaching the line is that many of the crew members appear frustrated or disengaged, which immediately affects the customer experience. It seems like this may stem from a lack of support from management. During my most recent visit, the manager on duty (a red head female) was largely standing off to the side rather than actively assisting her team, even as food items were running low. At one point—nearly two hours before closing—both chicken and steak were unavailable, which is a significant issue for a restaurant still serving customers. When we asked if it would be possible to receive chicken from the mobile order line, the request was initially denied without explanation. I politely asked to speak with the manager to better understand the reasoning or explore alternatives (such as placing a mobile order), but she was unwilling to engage in a conversation. Instead, she remained focused on checking food temperatures while we stood there without a solution. What stood out most was not just the lack of food availability, but the lack of communication and customer service. Even a brief explanation or an alternative option would have gone a long way. It was also noticeable that team members seemed frustrated when they needed her assistance, which further suggests a leadership gap. I’m sharing this feedback because this has been a pattern across several visits—not just a one-time experience. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve both leadership presence and overall customer service at this location.
