I usually come at night and I have always been greatly very pleasantly and received a good amount of food. i always get the same kids meal every single time. However, today I went in during the day and was greeted pretty rudely. there was only one girl working the whole line, and a lady who seemed to be the manager just standing there. since the line was pretty long, I heard the girl ask the lady who seemed to be the manager to help. she very clearly rolled her eyes and huffed about it. she was pretty grumpy when she came over and took my order. she only filled my kids meal portions up halfway and did not give me more. i asked for a side of sour cream, which she also huffed at getting me, and then proceeded to charge me $3 for it on top of my kids meal??? i have never been charged for a side of sour cream but she insisted. i was really aggravated so I just paid and walked out. i usually never complain about fast food, but this was entirely unacceptable. i will not be eating there if I see that staff working again.
