Stay away from the marked down steaks. Bought a dry aged steak ribeye which I thought was a steal because it marked down, priced to sell. I notice the vacuum seal was a tad baggier than usual but thought “hey they wouldn’t sell spoiled meat. Had everything ready for the dry brine, open it and immediately smelled rancid so I took it out sure enough pretty side was facing up, slimy white rotten side facing down. Tossed it, never again. Do better SnS. Ps…Old lady with the grey shirt that runs self checkout has terrible customer service as well

Very expensive, even pricier than Whole Foods, (this is due to union labor, where a 33 year grocery bagger demands 80k and then has the gall to strike.. An entry level position turned career. The last one in '19 I would taken a truck load of Boston Dynamics Atlas robots to replace this nonsense. Atleast Wally is hardworking.) ~ reflects in $11.99 for Alden's ice cream (vs $8.49 at Market Basket) These examples are uniform across the board. After 9 pm you often have only the self checkout as an option at many locations. Also used to offer $200 cash back, now it's allot less. I believe $60 max. Also used to be 24hrs open in the 80's at the Pembroke location. Lots of house brand organics, allot of processed food, conventionally grown and irradiated fruits and vegetables. Nothing special.

The woman at the deli today was so rude. Completely ignored me and when she started to help me she didn’t say one word to me as I gave her my meat orders. Just got the work done and gave me dirty looks.
