  I stopped into this Dunkin’ location recently and was genuinely impressed. The store is spotless — everything from the counters to the dining area is clean and well-maintained, which isn’t something you see everywhere these days. The staff here is consistently fast, courteous, and on top of things, even during busy hours. A special shoutout to the manager, Tony. He’s incredibly friendly, always visible on the floor, and quick to jump in if anyone needs help. You can tell he runs the place with pride because the whole operation feels smooth and welcoming. Overall, one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

  Some foreigners working there do understand English, they mess up orders and are very hard to understand. (J1 workers need jobs, but their English comprehension should be tested before working jobs taking orders)

  Every time we go there and order our coffee, something is always wrong. Asked for peanut butter swirl, they wrote on the cup but forgot to actually put peanut butter in it? They can’t even put extra ice when asked for.
