  Highly discourage using their delivery service. The scenario: Rainy day over the weekend. Dinner party for friends at 7PM. We place an order at 3:30PM. Around 5/6 they finally started shopping. Order gets placed for delivery, we think its coming soon. Delivery driver claims someone else took the order, etc. Nothing they can do. Okay, just deliver us something before 7PM- at 6:30 my girlfriend is destroyed over this so I have to physically drop everything I'm doing and head to the store, shop for every piece myself (because they completely failed over the course of 3.5 hours). I pay for everything myself, bring it home. I call the manager a few days later. He is "in process of refunding us" and states he will "try" to get us a $25 voucher for the headache. Well, thats kind. No voucher ever shows up. Manager was Marcelus. Highly recommend this company figure itself out. He mentioned we shop here and spend tons. Little effort from them to keep us there. Shame. Will not forget how much of a hastle this entire experience was.

  This is hands-down one of the worst stores I’ve ever been to the only reason why I go back is because it’s the closest store in about 5 miles. The staff is never doing their job. They’re always talking to each other. They’re slow. The reason I am writing this review is because this is the fourth time this has happened. I get an item that says it’s on sale The sale does not ring up When I am trying to leave and then the employees always tell me that I need to get the app no, the sale should automatically ring up If your entire store wasn’t a complete dead zone then maybe I could use the app But in order for me to access the app, I have to leave the line that I just stood in for 5 to 10 minutes because whatever Then go outside to get service. Clearly, this is a job for people That take zero pride in their work and are horrible at customer service. Thanks for being conveniently close but coming full circle here Places is trash!

  The quality has dropped significantly. I’ve almost always found something that isn’t fresh or is even inedible. Even though they say we can get a refund by going back to the store with the receipt, it still wastes our time and effort.

  Miss Denise in the Florist Department at Shaw’s in East Boston deserves a HUGE shoutout! 💐❤️ She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain different options to me and made sure I was happy with everything. Even though she was already past her scheduled time to leave, she still went above and beyond to make sure everything was done beautifully. Her customer service was exceptional, and you could truly tell that she takes pride in what she does. Miss Denise is a perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you so much, Miss Denise, for your patience, kindness, and phenomenal service! Shaw’s is lucky to have you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
