  I’m very disappointed to be writing this again, especially after being contacted by Shaw's Supermarkets corporate a few months ago and assured the issue would be addressed. Unfortunately, it has only gotten worse. There is an ongoing problem at this Shaw’s location with customers bringing pet dogs into the store, and it does not appear to be enforced by staff at all. These are clearly not service animals, and it happens regularly. Last week, there was a medium-to-large dog roaming the aisles off leash. I assume the owner was somewhere nearby, but the dog was unattended at the time. On another visit (Friday afternoon), staff in the self-checkout area were participating in what looked like a photo shoot with a customer and her dog. This is a grocery store—not a pet store. Allowing pets inside creates obvious sanitation and safety concerns. It’s only a matter of time before there is an incident, whether that’s an animal relieving itself in the store or a customer being bitten. We all love our pets, but there are clear health regulations for food retail environments, and those rules exist for a reason. I would expect staff to enforce them consistently and maintain a professional environment. At this point, it’s hard to take the previous outreach from corporate seriously when the situation has continued to decline.

  I had a deeply humiliating experience at this store on April 7th around 5:45 p.m. While I was working as a DoorDash driver, a cashier publicly accused me of taking a bag without any evidence or verification in front of other customers. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. It is unacceptable for staff to make such serious public accusations without checking their systems or security cameras first. I left the store in tears due to the injustice. I have already filed a formal corporate complaint and demand that security footage be reviewed. I do not recommend this location due to their lack of professionalism and basic respect for workers.

  Easy store to navigate with fresh produce, and a large selection of jury products. The self checkout was well staffed and easy to navigate.
