She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain different options to me and made sure I was happy with everything. Even though she was already past her scheduled time to leave, she still went above and beyond to make sure everything was done beautifully. Her customer service was exceptional, and you could truly tell that she takes pride in what she does. Miss Denise is a perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond for her customers. It’s run with incompetence and they offer little to no help when it comes to unavailability in their items. As soon as the weekly sale starts they’re out of sale items the same day which has been happening since last year, I feel it’s common sense to stock up more than they are. Their prices are outrageous and quite hilarious if I’m honest with how much they sell out of their items, not to even mention how miserable their app is. I can place an order and again there’s always something unavailable and 9/10 times there’s always an issue with delivery. Overall this store is a joke and so isn’t their management.
