I came in to order a $6 meal deal with a midnight coffee, but they said they were out of midnight. I strongly suspect they had it and just didn’t feel like making it. After I was given my coffee, they told me the oven needed to “cool down”. I asked how long I would take. She went over to check the oven and pieces of it started falling off. They said it would take 15 minutes. I asked for my money back. A girl wearing earbuds came back and said the oven needs to preheat. Then they just made the food anyway? Odd and confusing experience. I just hope the bacon is fully cooked.

Whenever I place an order, the staff act as though they don’t want to be there, making me feel unwelcome. The woman who identified herself as the manager was particularly rude and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, especially when that behavior comes from someone in charge. This location needs better management and staff who treat customers with respect. I don’t think I’m the only one who has experienced this.
