- BPBrandon Price5 days ago5.0Definitely need to give the guy who closes basically every day some credit. I think he said his name was Rob? Every time we come through there is zero wait with him there. I door dash occasionally and if he’s working there is never a wait! Can’t say the same for other Dunkin’s. Definitely need to get more Robs on your team!

Woman came on after the guy told us no banana and was rude and snappy saying they don’t control the sign. (Not true. I asked someone I know who owns other locations) Absolutely asinine. Don’t give me attitude for your poor customer service. Change the sign. Wasted time. Came to this dunks cause the other one down the street sucks. Must just be the local owner. Don’t waste your time or money. Instead of offering attitude maybe find a solution rather than just pissing of a potential customer. Going to Top Donut to get banana instead. They are pleasant, smaller local chain still doing things right. Go to Top instead! Their food is way better too.

Orders are often incomplete, and the way the food is packaged makes it look like it was just tossed into the bag without much care. I don’t visit this location often, but when I do, there’s always an issue. It’s frustrating when you don’t get what you paid for, and unfortunately, this has been a consistent experience for me.

In opting to use the other, this one appeared to have dried vomit stains on the back of the bowl and behind the seat. Thank God I went in before I ate.
