  this Dunkin always has up and down some of the workers make the coffee great and some of them just needs more training it’s a little weird because if you go in, they’ll make it great but if you go through the drive-through, it taste like water ain’t that kind of strange and it’s only this location. I’ve had that problem. That’s the only thing I can honestly say about this location.

  The service has gone down significantly. The drive thru take 30 minutes and there seems to be a bunch of new people working there who have no clue what they’re doing. Just standing around and working in reverse. I went in the other morning and they were blasting Eminem “real shady”. I like him as a rapper but not really wanting to hear it blasting at 8am for a coffee. Get it together!

  Went through drive thru yesterday and it was pretty busy. Waited my turn to get to the intercom and sat there for about 10 mins and said hello like 3 times......no answer. dead silent. I am seeing the cars Infront of me move along so i know there is someone in the drive thru working so in my head I'm thinking maybe the intercom is down so i drive up to place my order at the window after waiting long enough. I go up and the girl at the window is already giving me attitude but im still nice and ask if the intercom was down and explained i said hello 3x and she says "uh it should be working" and goes to get someone else who then proceeds to tell me about a rule their manager put in place that they can't take orders at the window and says if i want to place an order i will have to go in line again and place an order....... I've worked in a drive thru before for quite some time in my life and i usually never leave reviews but i was so shocked at what had happened to me i had to. I understand busy times are stressful; the girl at the window could've got in the intercom and asked me to wait a few mins just so i know they would get to me soon within the 10 mins i waited at drive thru intercom but she didnt and even then i've never heard of a rule where i couldnt place my order at the window for just ONE drink. Ridiculous. Luckily there's a dunkins on every corner so I wouldn't recommend this location. I would drive the extra mile to go to another one for just that ridiculous "rule" alone.

  Waited 10 minutes on a bagel to be told the didn’t have what i ordered. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to make the bagel
