- NGNicholas GriffinSep 21, 20261.0I was just there tonight at the drive-through around 5:30 PM. I ordered 2 zero sugar mango refresher energy drinks. The girl acted like she did not know what I was talking about, then she put one mango refresher. I told her no, please, the zero sugar ones. She said, I’m not sure what you’re talking about. I don’t understand. She was very rude. Then finally she got my order correct. I said thank you to her. She said thank you, thank you, and yelled. THANK U Through the drive-thru speaker. Then when I pulled up, she told me it was 14 something because I ordered three drinks. I said OK, and I showed her my app for my points, and then I gave her my bank card. Then I asked her for a tray. She says now he wants a tray, and she walked away from me. She had another girl come over and give me my drinks, but she was over there talking about me. She has short reddish brown hair. She’s very rude. I go to this Dunkin‘ Donuts all the time. I am not happy at all. I would like something done about this. That’s not the first time that I was there and got the same girl and she was rude. Please do better The date today is 9/21/26

The vanilla pink latte has been my go to but today they turned me onto the tiramisu latte!. The crew is always attentive, fast, and most definitely funny. Ive worked at a dunkins in woburn and i can say without a doubt, this is the best dunkins ive been in. Thanks for always being there for my coffee needs.
- NANikita ArrudaMay 5, 20261.0My brother ordered on the app Friday for my coffee he asked for cold foam and it wasn't in it but they charge me for it then today Tuesday same thing happened got charged but wasn't in it and when he asked for a tray the lady gave him attitude like it ruined her whole day I also tried calling to notify the managers what's been going on they don't answer the phone it says where busy either on customers or on the other line and I tried a few times within a couple of hours same results
