  I placed order for pickup I sat outside for half hour I go inside that pick up are no one working there my order all messed up 2 things out of 12 is right I asked no substitution all my stuff is no name brand I ordered bologna, cheese not in bag all my juice is non name brand I ordered chips the lady says well the order is already together we can't reimburse u I said all my stuff is not here well call tomorrow that store sucks

  I’m honestly very upset and disappointed by what happened tonight at Stop & Shop i got there at 9:58 and the doors were already locked even though the store was supposed to still be open what made the situation even worse was seeing employees inside laughing and talking like everything was fine when i walked up to the door instead of someone respectfully explaining what was going on one of the workers who was picking up carts spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way asking what I wanted the way I was treated made me feel like I was bothering them simply by expecting to be able to enter the store before closing time i understand employees want to go home and I respect that but if the posted closing time says the store is open customers should not be made to feel unwanted or disrespected for showing up before that time i left feeling angry, embarrassed and honestly hurt it’s not just about being unable to shop it’s about how a customer is treated seeing employees inside laughing while I was standing outside a locked door made the whole situation feel even more disrespectful customers deserve basic courtesy and respect i really hope management addresses this because no customer should walk away from a store feeling this upset and humiliated

  I just left at 8:19 to come back due to the wrong bh ovengold turkey I asked for ten $ he give me 16.57 and it was the wrong kind and flavor and bh cooked ham 3 $ I asked for ten$ but ima just switch the two and keep how the price already is communication is a must smh now it’s 9:09. Am I’m coming back to explain this same issue smh gotta do better

  It's 8:47pm as I type this and this stop n shop is closed it says 9pm Sundays and they closed it down at 8:37 pm is what a young lady told me that standing out front with me and two others Knocking on the door lady comes out yelling we're closed! With an attitude I have a video and I'm filing a complaint on this stop shop this is wrong!
