I don't usually shop at this specific location but I recently had a negative experience with this store and wish I had looked at some of these reviews beforehand because my experience was very similar when it comes to customer service. Customer service is poor, I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered grocery delivery and not only did my order arrive over 30 minutes late but all of my refrigerated and frozen items arrived completely warm and melted after being in transit for an hour in 75-80 degree weather, despite being located only 13 minutes from my home. When I called to report the issue, customer service apologized and promised a refund within 7-10 business days. After not receiving the refund, 11 days later, I reached back out to them but then they backed out on their word and refused the refund unless I physically returned the items to the store, which was impossible seeing that I had already trashed them. I’ve been a loyal, weekly customer of Star Market for a decade, but this store completely lacks integrity and has no respect for food safety or customer loyalty. Do not trust their delivery service. I will never shop here again.

It's gone really down hill in those two years: produce is as fresh and workers are not helpful and sometimes outright rude. Prices have always been more than Stop & Shop, but the quality is no longer worth the higher price.

They didn’t have the cake they told us to just pick one from the ones they had made in the showcase, my family was not happy we just left the store still got charged for it. I will not recommend this place for cake or test prepaid!!!
