They also refuse to let customers including pregnant customers use the bathroom and under state law no establish that serves food and drinks is allowed to deny access to the bathroom. They claim the bathroom has been clogged for the past few days while hesitating to claim the bathroom has been clogged. This is not the first dunkin that I have been to that has claimed the bathroom is out of service while the bathroom is still usable. Refusal to clean after people is not a legitimate or legal reason to not allow customers to use the bathroom in an establishment that is legally required to allow people to do so.
