- PCParish ClarkeApr 13, 20261.0I went there twice and both times I ordered the same drink. They got my drink wrong consistently put both milks into my matcha. I ask for less ice and more than half my cup has ice after I finish drinking it.
- FFFeliciaJan 29, 20261.0I order a mango pineapple refresher with less ice. I told them that I did not want the extra ice they removed it put into another cup and instead of finish filling it up, they hand this to me. That’s not customer service. I paid my money so I should get what I asked for.

I came in to order a coffee and was not acknowledged by the employee working the front register during my visit on December 18th around 4pm. When I placed my order, she rolled her eyes and typed it in without speaking. After I paid with Apple Pay, she stared at the screen for an extended time and did not approve the payment until I asked if everything was okay. When I received my drink, it was missing the cold foam I paid for. I calmly asked if it could be added, and she repeatedly ignored me and talked over me saying "next," cutting me off mid-sentence. I was polite the entire time and honestly confused, even wondering if I had done something wrong. Another employee eventually had to step in and help me, which made it seem like this wasn't unfamiliar behavior. The cashier appeared very disengaged throughout the interaction, on top of being dismissive. I understand people have bad days, but being ignored and talked over multiple times is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady didn’t want to give her name but she was short, asian with blonde hair. I just hope she doesn’t treat everyone with way. It was a super uncomfortable experience.
