- NMNi MonaeJul 30, 20261.0I always get the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich on a croissant, Vanilla or Starwberry Frosted Donuts, Loaded Hashbrowns & a Frozen Coffee Chiller. I had no issues up until July 28. On that day I didn’t get my whole order. I only got the donuts and a free drink (photo added). I had to physically leave my home to go up there to get this situated because when I called over 10 times, they failed to answer. The rest of my order was sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes and I had to ASK THEM to redo it because had I not, I would have been given a cold, sloppy sandwich. Today, July 30, I ordered the same thing again trying to give them another chance and they blew it AGAIN. This time, I received some 2 random donuts I’ve never even seen before (I paid for 3 vanilla frosted donuts) and instead of my usual sandwich, there was bacon instead of sausage (photo added). But the receipt clearly shows what I paid for and that’s not what I got. I will NOT be ordering from here again. This was the 3rd mess up and at this point it’s giving they just don’t care. Never again.

- KSKylie SouthJun 7, 20261.0DON’T EVER COME HERE! the employee messed up my entire order and then he told me it was MY fault!!!! first i ordered a strawberry matcha latte, and he gave me a drink with coffee, which was annoying but whatever. got back to my apartment and saw that, instead of the bagel with cream cheese that i ordered, i got a bacon egg and cheese. went back, told him it was a bacon egg and cheese. he immediately yelled at me that i grabbed the wrong bag and it wasn’t his fault. i asked to have it remade, AND THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER BACON EGG AND CHEESE. i told him it was wrong and he started yelling at me AGAIN that it was what i ordered WHILE I TRIED TELLING HIM AGAIN THAT I ORDERED A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND JUST WANTED TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. i’ve worked customer service myself and if i ever treated a customer that way or messed up that way, i would’ve been fired immediately. absolutely ridiculous, incompetent people working here. don’t go!!!!
