My wife and I just ate here: we arrived between lunch and dinner service, but we were welcomed, put at ease, and were able to enjoy a late lunch on the patio. Food was fresh, hot, tasty and well-portioned (not too much), so we shared a dessert. We expected a slice: no, it was a complete small cake!! Absolutely delicious!!! Plan to go and try them for dinner!
UPDATE: Dinner was excellent! Well-portioned and tasty. Staff was, again, friendly and attentive. This time, we opted for indoor seating, which, due to the acoustics (the restaurant is in an old house), can get noisy with multiple conversations. But overall, definitely an eatery worth your time.

We recently hosted a family birthday party for my mom celebrating her 95th. She loves the Friday night fish frys there ( quite good) so we thought to ask about space for a party. The owner Paula was terrific and not only set us up in a large private room but took care of some of the decorating including lovely balloons and festive streamers. Paula, Anthony and their staff handled the drink orders and orders off the menus with ease. We prearranged for salads and bringing in a birthday cake. I was a bit worried about handling a party of about 30 because it is a small place but everything went great. Paula was easy to work with on every level and everyone enjoyed the party including food and beverages. So - just putting it out there to consider for a party.
Excellent quality of food! Great service & hospitality! Nice outside area to eat along with couple areas inside. My wife & I are from Rhode Island, & was our 1st time coming up to this area. We absolutely loved Seven Days restaurant highly recommend! Courtesy of the staff was fantastic & very comfortable. Decent choices of food & drinks to choose from as well! Definitely will be back there again someday!
Excellent place for breakfast. I wish I had thought to take photos. I had the California eggs Benedict and it was excellent! It’s in an old house so the atmosphere is lovely too

Seven Days was such a gem during our Cape Cod vacation! We’re from Philly and stopped in for brunch, and everything about this place was so welcoming and cozy. The atmosphere was perfect; soothing classical music, fireplace visuals playing in the background, and fresh tulips on every table made it feel so warm and relaxing.
The service was incredibly fast, the staff was so kind, and you can really tell this is a family-owned business that cares about its customers. And the food… absolutely amazing. The lobster benedict was easily one of the best brunch dishes we’ve had in a long time.
We also love that they’re open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Already looking forward to coming back next time we’re in Cape Cod!
