  The store it self is clean and mostly stoked. No issues there. But clean your rest rooms! It always smells of stale urine. The floors are always sticky. Can't imagine how the women's bathroom is... Hopefully its "cleaner" then the men's.

  Long line and only one register open during a busy period. Why do they have 20 registers if they ever only seem to use one at a time? Abandoned all my frozen stuff because it took too long.

  The person charged me 340 instead of 34 and when I told him he made a mistake he was very rude

  My first shopping experience in this store. Not a customer friendly experience! The check out clerk over chaged for an item that was clearly marked as on sale. Upon showing her the weekly ad where the on sale item is clearly marked, she called over another clerk to verify. That clerk had to shoe her where the sale item was located on the register. It was confusing for her she had difficulty ringing up the remaining items. Once frustrated, her attitude became belligerent and aggressive. Store manager was unavailable to discuss the issue. Stop and Shop do better!
