- AAAFA3 days ago2.0For the 2nd time in 4 weeks we bought a rotisserie chicken only to get home to find it uncooked in the middle. So for the 2nd time in 4 weeks we had to drive back to Shaws from Fairhaven to return an UNCOOKED chicken. Of course, and I can't blame them, the customer service rep couldn't care less. I asked if they get chickens back often and they didn't really have an answer. Or seem to care. Someone in the cooked foods department obviously needs to address the issue. There is no way I can be the only one to buy 2 UNCOOKED chickens in a 4 week period. Perhaps a lot of people in the area eat partially cooked Rotissere Chicken from Shaws. Seems inexcusable to me since they are cooked on timers, but CLEARLY SOMETHING IS WRONG.

- RKRenee KellemsMay 6, 20261.0Shaws in Dartmouth was awful , the women's bathroom was disgusting on the floor there is a grate thing that had so much dust it hasn't been cleaned in a long time , the floor needed mopping . The staff needs new shirts some shaws logos on the sleeve were peeling, some logos peeled completely off . The staff was so friendly but it's to bad I won't be going back any time soon the store was just dingy that's the best word to describe. I gave a one star because the butcher made us laugh.
