- CBChicken BESep 7, 20262.0I was here last Monday night at the 823 State Rd location. This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. The kid working here was extremely creepy. Not just awkward or unfriendly genuinely creepy and unsettling to interact with. There was something about the way he behaved toward customers that made the entire interaction incredibly uncomfortable. On top of being creepy, he was unbelievably rude and seemed completely uninterested in treating customers with even the most basic level of respect. The entire interaction was awkward, uncomfortable, and unnecessarily unpleasant. I’ve dealt with rude employees before, but this guy stood out because of how creepy and unsettling his presence was. If management is reading this, I seriously recommend paying attention to how this kid interacts with customers. People should be able to walk into a Dunkin without feeling uncomfortable because of the person behind the counter. And there are also concerns about employees not receiving proper time-and-a-half pay on holidays, which makes this location look even worse from a management standpoint. Absolutely terrible experience.

Drive thru moves faster then any other one I know of, They never screw up my drinks, there made spot on, and the food to. The people as well are funny and they interact with you and make u smile an laugh.
