The other worker who was on was too busy making a regulars coffee who had just walked in to be bothered to help. If you want over priced coffee in the wrong size this is the Dunkin for you. Haven’t been in years and today just proved why i will not be going back.

When I went to ask about it, the employee told me I had to wait, then proceeded to serve someone else; just when I thought she was finally going to make my order, she took on yet another customer.

They claimed I snatched the bag out of her hands after I had to go around again because they forgot and item which is nbd. But right when I came back to the speaker she cussed me out for ripping the bag out of her hands which is totally inaccurate. I was very kind and wished them a nice night which they didn't reciprocate. I have had nothing but issues with the night shift here. Day staff are incredibly kind but whoever is working those 3rd shifts are terrible. Even on my missing item I was polite and told them it was missing and she snarky said "well you probably didn't get charged for it so..." Ok, great. I still want the item. The original interaction before any of this happened I brushed off but she was mid taking our order and said, "alright, whatever have a goodnight" and didn't respond again. So I went around and she snapped at me saying, "I don't know what happened there I told you to hang on a moment" I guess she was talking to someone in the store but how am I meant to know that. This is probably the 10th interaction I've had where they've been rude off the bat. Sometimes I'm not even the one ordering and they're still rude to anyone I hear them talking to. It was 2 females on 4/25 at about 3:15am. Please get rid of them. Definitely why this place has negative reviews. Without them it'd be golden.
