I’m very upset this is a pattern and am hoping to be compensated for the lost time and embarrassment.

The time before last, I had a bad experience and called them to let them know. They proceeded to tell me I would get a refund and have yet to receive that refund to this day. Last night, we ordered delivery. The boneless wings, fries, and Hawaiian roll sliders (extremely overpriced by the way) showed up cold. The sauces that we ordered on the side were all mislabeled as well. Don’t even get me started on the “limited time only Hawaiian roll sliders.” Mid. I could get sliders at a gas station that were 1. Hotter and 2. Had more flavor. They were extremely dry and since they had forgotten my drinks (AGAIN) I had nothing to wash it down. Therefore I had to choke down those mediocre sliders. I’m not sure why I keep ordering when I continuously have a bad experience. And no, I didn’t call for a refund since I’ve yet to receive one for last time as well.
