  When I walked in the store I immediately held my nose to avoid puking.. the oxtails I paid $50 for ( 2 packs), were the fattiest things. Fat all throughout and you can't avoid it. I know oxtail is fatty, but these were excessive. I basically paid for bone and fat. Huge pieces and tiny pieces all mixed together.. it's hard to cook when you have all different sizes

  The store is great, but a few weeks ago they hired someone for the deli who is terrible. It seems like he doesn't like working; he's rude and doesn't like slicing items when we ask. I think that if someone doesn't like working, they shouldn't even leave the house.

  I have to say, I usually avoid this deli like the plague. I will usually do my shopping and then go to McKinnon's just for deli afterwards. Today I was pleasantly surprised to see new staff in the deli, and I have been craving Margherita Salami which I can't get at McKinnon's. I was waited on by Angel who was polite and gave me exactly what I wanted without rolling his eyes or groaning, which is a huge deal for this deli. The other young man working the counter with him was also courteous and polite. First time I have seen more than one person working the counter at the same time. Very impressed with the new changes I am seeing here and want to make sure these young men receive the recognition and praise they deserve for treating the customer right.

  Great service.. great staff. The store is always clean, organized and everyone is friendly.. when i order online, they pick and pack a locker order with care and intention as if it's their own.. I WISH THEY DELIVERED!!!!! I love this store!
