- JRJenna RosaJun 26, 20261.0My visit was on a Friday morning at about 9:30. There were six employees behind the counter. The drive-through was busy. My order was screwed up. My coffee was correct, but I ordered a bagel, not toasted with cream cheese on the side and I received a bagel toasted with cream cheese on it. The bagel was rock hard. This location has music playing, but I couldn’t really hear it well because behind the counter the employees had their own music playing. Having two different music genres playing at the same time was not pleasant. The music that I believe was supposed to be playing was easy listening. The music the employees had playing behind the counter was not. The location was somewhat clean, although it needed to be swept. Tables were clean. there is plenty of parking on all sides of the building and even if that was full, the location is right by the mall so there’s a good amount of parking with a short walk. The staff was friendly.

I drive up and he hands me my ice coffee and the lid pops off a bit and coffee splashes into my car and over me. Clearly he hadnt put the lid on tight enough. He doesn’t say a word and I have to ask him for napkins which he hands me and shuts the window. Never said a word. He should not be working in retail. What a jerk. To make matters even worse the coffee was terrible. How can you mess up a regular ice coffee with milk and sugar?
