This time the bagel was a stale as it possibly could get and Both of my coffees were wrong. This is the little drive-through across from Carmax so it is in a little gas station. They take forever to put your order together.

Was told in a very rude tone “I’ll be with you in a minute I work here by myself”. Wasn’t told “thank you for your patience, this is going on”. What type of customer service is that? On top of that I go inside, I see two people working. One should take care of drive thru orders & the other inside. 15 minutes waiting without being greeted to not even end up getting anything.
